Return & Refund Policy (U.S. Customers)

At Nanokare USA, your satisfaction is important to us. We take pride in delivering premium hair care products and aim to ensure a smooth and transparent shopping experience.

1. Returns Eligibility (U.S. Orders Only)

Due to the hygienic nature of our hair care products, returns are accepted only if:

  • Items are unused, unopened, and in original packaging

  • Return request is made within 14 days of delivery

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is provided

We do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or used products

  • Change of mind or personal preference

  • Items not in original condition

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery.

Email us with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos/videos of the issue

Once reviewed, we will:

  • Send a replacement at no cost, or

  • Issue a full refund if replacement is unavailable

3. Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your returned item:

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method

Important Notes:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect

4. Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for:

  • Damaged items

  • Defective products

We do not offer exchanges for size, preference, or change of mind.

5. Return Process

If approved, we will provide:

  • Return authorization

  • U.S. return shipping address

  • Instructions for sending your item back

6. Return Shipping (U.S.)

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the issue is our error

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service (USPS, UPS, or FedEx)

  • We are not liable for returns lost in transit

7. Non-Returnable Items

The following are non-returnable due to hygiene and safety standards:

  • Opened or used hair care products

  • Items marked as final sale or discounted promotions (unless defective)

  • Gift cards (if applicable)

8. Chargebacks & Claims

We encourage customers to contact us first to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback. We are committed to fair and timely resolutions.
