Shipping Policy (U.S. Orders)

At Nanokare USA Distributor, we are committed to delivering your orders quickly, safely, and reliably across the United States.

1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays)

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day

Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Time (U.S.)

We currently ship within the United States using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping (if available): 1–3 business days

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery in real time.

4. Shipping Delays

While we strive to meet all delivery timelines, delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Carrier issues

  • High order volume

  • Holidays or peak seasons

We appreciate your patience and understanding in such cases.

5. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer

  • If an order is returned to us due to incorrect details, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment

6. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier:

  • We are not liable for lost or stolen packages

  • If you believe your package is lost, please contact the shipping carrier directly

  • You may also reach out to us, and we’ll do our best to assist you

7. Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 72 hours of delivery

  • Provide your order number and photos of the damaged package/item

We will review and arrange a replacement or refund if applicable.

8. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship within the United States only
